About UsAt Gino's School Of Wine you can experience the fine art of winemaking in a "hands on" interactive setting. Clients are taught winemaking using traditional techniques with natural whole grapes or fresh grape juice. Our mission is to provide a destination for people interested in learning the craft of fine winemaking in a family environment. At Gino's we provide the opportunity to connect with traditions that go back over generations. Gino's School Of Wine was founded in the year 2000 by Michael and Gino Pinto and is located in Hammonton, New Jersey. Hammonton is in the southern part of the state halfway between Philadelphia and Atlantic City. Our Winemaking TeamAt Gino's School Of Wine you are the winemaker and you are backed up by our team of experienced winemakers. We instruct you on how to use the equipment and the process of winemaking in a fun filled atmosphere. Michael PintoMichael Pinto has been making wine for most of his adult life and has been making wine full time since he co-foundered Gino's School Of Wine in 2000. Michael has traveled extensively through out the wine regions of California, Chile, and Italy visiting wineries and learning winemaking. Michael is also the manager of Gino Pinto Inc. Gino Pinto Inc. is a distributor of winemaking equipment, supplies, and accessories as well as a wholesale distributor of fresh fruit and produce including wine grapes and wine grape juice.
Vincent PerlaVince started winemaking full time in 2000 and has completed course work at the University Of California at Davis including: Fundamentals of Wine Chemistry and Introduction to Wine Analysis for Professional Winemakers and Winery Lab Workers. Vince has won numerous winemaking awards including:
