State Of N.J. Home Winemaking Permit
The State Of New Jersey Division Of Alcoholic Beverage Control requires that each home winemaker obtain a permit to make wine. The application fee is $20.00. This permit must be sent in and approved before you start making wine. You may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view some of these files.
